“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the program as determined by Unbox Leadership Consulting, not the lifetime of the participant.

• restructure or reorganize the course content
• migrate the course to another platform
• discontinue the program with reasonable notice

Participants will retain access to the program while it remains active.

 

5. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees.

Payment Plans

If you enroll using a payment plan:

• you remain responsible for all scheduled payments
• failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access until payments are brought up to date

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant sales page or offer:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

If a program includes a different refund policy, that policy will be clearly stated on the relevant sales page.

 

6. Coaching Sessions

Certain programs, promotions, or offers may include complimentary or paid coaching sessions.

Participation in coaching services is subject to the Unbox Leadership Coaching Agreement, which outlines the scope, confidentiality, responsibilities, and terms governing coaching engagements.

By booking or participating in a coaching session, you agree to the terms of the Coaching Agreement.

Coaching sessions:

is the intellectual property of Unbox Leadership Consulting L.L.C-FZ unless otherwise stated.

Participants may not:

• copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
• publicly display course content
• remove copyright notices
• use course materials to create competing programs

Methodologies and Frameworks

The methodologies, frameworks, concepts, teaching structures, and exercises presented within our programs are proprietary to Unbox Leadership Consulting L.L.C-FZ.

Participants may not reproduce, teach, license, publish, distribute, or use these materials to create competing coaching programs, training services, or educational products without prior written permission.

AI and Automated Use Restrictions

Course materials may not be:

• uploaded into artificial intelligence systems for training purposes
• used to generate derivative AI-based training programs
• incorporated into automated content generation systems

without written permission from Unbox Leadership Consulting.

 

8. Content Downloading and Platform Protection

Participants may not attempt to download, capture, copy, scrape, or archive the full course library or platform content using automated tools, software, screen capture systems, or other technical means.

Unauthorized downloading, recording, or distribution of course materials may result in:

• immediate termination of access
• legal action where appropriate.

 

9. Educational Content and No Guarantees

Our courses and coaching services are educational and informational in nature.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• we do not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice

Participants who violate these guidelines may have their access removed.
